AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE OPERATION OF ANY
VEHICLES OR BICYCLES ACROSS WET PAINT LINE OR
LINES, ADDING NEW SECTION 8.32.090 TO THE
EDMONDS CITY CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following Section 8.32.090 is hereby
added to the Edmonds City Code:
"Section 8.32.090 Crossing Wet Paint Line. It shall
be unlawful for any person to operate any bicycle or
other vehicle, including but not limited to motor
vehicles, across or along wet paint lines freshly
applied by a paint striping crew to any public street
in the City of Edmonds when signs or devices warning
of the condition are in place."
