AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDSO WASHINGTONZ
AMENDING THE OFFICIAL STREET MAP ADOPTED BY SEC-
TION 12.03.080 OF THE EDMONDS CITY CODE BY PRO-
JECTING A PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY APPROXIMATELY MID-
WAY BETWEEN 9TH AVENUE SOUTH AND 10TH AVENUE
SOUTH EXTENDING IN A GENERALLY NORTHERLY DIRECTION
NORTH OF ELM STREET PURSUANT TO PLANNING COMMISSION
RESOLUTION NO. 292.
WHEREAStpursuant to planning Commission Resolution No.
292, the City Council of the City of Edmonds, called a public
hearing regarding the following proposed street projection,
and
WHEREAS, after due consideration of existing and future
neighborhood and traffic conditions, and the general safety,
welfare and health of the public,, nowt therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDSg WASHINGTOki DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Official Street Map adopted by Section
12.03.080 of the Edmonds City Code is hereby amended by
establishing a projected public right-of-way as described
by Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference
incorporated in as if set forth in fullt all as depicted
on Revision No. 1 on Sheet No. 12, Section 25, identified
as Engineers Drawing No. 1.559, and by this reference the
same is hereby incorporated herein as if set forth in full.

EXHIBIT "A"
BEGINNING AT A POINT 467.9 feet North of the North margin
of Elm Street on the rear line of properties fronting on
the East side of 9th Avenue and on the West side of 10th
Avenue, this line being about 296.8 feet East of the East
margin of 9th Avenue; thence North along the aforementioned
rear property line for a distance of 230 feet to a point
which is the center of a cul-de-sac the radius which is
45 feet.
