AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING THE OFFICIAL STREET MAP ADOPTED BY SEC-
TION 12.03.080 OF THE EDMONDS CITY CODE BY PRO-
POSING A PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY APPROXIMATELY 22.9
FEET IN WIDTH EXTENDING WEST FROM THE CENTERLINE
OF 76TH AVENUE WEST FOR A DISTANCE OF APPROXIMATELY
763.85 AND LOCATED APPROXIMATELY HALF WAY BETWEEN
173rd STREET SOUTHWEST AND 175TH STREET SOUTHWEST,
THEN TURNING TO THE NORTH FOR A DISTANCE OF APPROX-
IMATELY 163 FEET AND ENDING IN A TURNAROUND, PUR-
SUANT TO PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 307.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Planning Commission Resolution
No. 307, the City Council of the City of Edmonds, called a
public hearing regarding the following proposed street
"layout", and
WHEREAS, after due consideration of existing and future
neighborhood and traffic conditions, and the general safety,
welfare and health of the public, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS,, WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section to The official street map adopted by Section
12.03.080 of the Edmonds City Code is hereby amended by pro-
posing a 22.9 foot wide street on the location of an existing
approximately 22.9 foot wide private access easement located
approximately half way between 173rd Street S.W. and 175th
Street S.W., extending westward for a distance of approximately
763.85 feet from the centerline of 76th Avenue West to the
west edge of the proposed street, then turning northward for
a distance of approximately 163.85 feet and terminating with
a turnaround, all as depicted on Revision No. �_ on Sheet
No. 2 r Section 7 identified as Engineers Drawing
No. 1.559, and as depicted in Exhibit "B" attached to Planning
Commission Resolution No. 307, and by this reference the same
