AMENDING THE OFFICIAL STREET MAP ADOPTED BY SEC-
TION 12.03.080 BY REVISING THE ALIGNMENT OF THE
PROJECTED LOOP STREET ESTABLISHED BY ORDINANCE
1374 PURSUANT TO PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION
NO. 304.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Planning Commission Resolution
No. 304, the City Council of the City of Edmonds, called
a public hearing regarding the following proposed street,
and
WHEREAS, after due consideration of existing and
future neighborhood and traffic conditions, and the general
safety, welfare and health of the public, nowt therefore=.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS;t WASHINGTON
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The official street map adopted by Section
12.03.080 of the Edmonds City Code, and the amendment there-
to adopted by Ordinance No. 1374, are hereby amended by
projecting a revised public right-of-way thirty feet in
width in the form of a loop street extending from Third
Avenue North,
Beginning at the NE corner of Government Lot 2
Section 24, Township 27 North,, Range 3 East; thence
West 30 ft.; thence South 30 ft. to the corner of
paved highway and the West line of 7th Street pro-
duced; thence South along the West side of 7th
Street produced a distance of 385.67 ft.; thence
West 696.35 ft. to the East side of 3rd Avenue to
the true point of beginning of the centerline herein
described; thence Ease a distance of 311.35 ft.;
thence North 81047' East a distance of 35 ft.; thence
East a distance of 78 ft.; thence North a distance
of 223 ft.; thence West a distance of 296 ft. to an
intersection with the East side of 3rd Avenue, said
intersection being the terminus of the centerline
herein described, all as depicted on revision

No. 2,. Sheet No. S, Section No. 24, identified
as Engineers' Drawing No. 1.559, and by this
reference is hereby incorporated herein as if
set forth in full.
