AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING THE OFFICIAL STREET MAP ADOPTED BY SEC-
TION 12.03.080 OF THE EDMONDS CITY CODE, AS
AMENDED, BY PROPOSING A PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY
APPROXIMATELY 50 FEET IN WIDTH WEST OF EIGHTH
AVENUE SOUTH FOR A DISTANCE OF 310 FEET PURSU-
ANT TO PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 308.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Planning Commission Resolution
No. 308, the City Council of the City of Edmonds called a
public hearing regarding the following proposed public right-
of-way, and
WHEREAS, after due consideration of existing and future
neighborhood and traffic conditions, and the general safety,
welfare and health of the public, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Official Street Map adopted by Section
12.03.080 of the Edmonds City Code, as amended, is hereby
amended by projecting a public right-of-way with the centerline
lying along a line 200 feet North of and parallel to the South
line of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest
1/4 of Section 25, Township 27 North, Range 3 East, W.M., said
centerline to extend 310 feet west from the west margin of 8th
Avenue South and have a right-of-way width of 50 feet, all as
depicted on Revision No. A on Sheet No. _;_, Section
identified as Engineers Drawing No. 1.559, and by this reference
the same is hereby adopted herein as if set forth in full.
