AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP, EDMONDS
WASHINGTON BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF
CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM MULTIPLE RESIDENCEt LOW DENSITY
(RML) TO NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS (BN) PURSUANT TO PLAN-
NING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 310.
WHEREAS, pursuant to public hearing having been called
by the City Council in accordance with Planning Commission
Resolution No. 310 and said City Council having determined
that the recommended zoning would be the most consistent and
advantageous for the development and appropriate use of said
property and for the health, safety, morals and general wel-
fare of the public, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Official Zoning Map, Edmonds, Washington,
be and the same is hereby amended by changing the zoning
classification of the following described property from multiple
residence, low density (RML) to neighborhood business (BN), all
situate in the City of Edmonds, County of Snohomish, State of
Washington:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 14, according to
the Plat of Bergquist Addn., as recorded in Volume 15 of
plats, page 105, records of Snohomish County, Washington;
thence south 0030124" East 149.93 feet to true point of
beginning; thence north 89051'23" West 151.81 feet; thence
south 0019'44" East 149.93 feet; thence south 89051'23"
east to the west line of Lot 12, Bergquist addition; thence
northerly along the west line of Lots 12 and 13 to the
True Point of Beginning.
Section 2. The City Engineers are hereby directed to
effectuate the necessary amendments to the Official Zoning Map
of Edmonds, Washington, pursuant to this Ordinance.
