AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON
AMENDING CHAPTER 1.20. OF THE EDMONDS CITY CODE BY
REPEALING SECTIONS 1.20.010.AND 1.20..020,CREATING
A NEW SECTION 1.20..010, TO CHANGE THE DATE OF
SALARY PAYMENTS FOR CITY EMPLOYEES AND OFFICIALS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Edmonds City Code, Sections 1.20..0 10
and 1.20.020,be and the same hereby are repealed.
Section 2. There is hereby created a new section to
the Edmonds City Code reading as follows:
Section 1.20.010.
The City Clerk is hereby directed
to pay the salaries of officials and employees of the
City of Edmonds on the 5th and the 20th day of each
month unless such employee is paid once a month in
which case he shall be paid on the 5th day of each
month.
