tq-IEPEAS the City Council by Resolution No. 212
passed on the 16th day of September, 1969 set a public
hearing for the 21st day of October, 1969 for the
purpose of hearing arguments for and against the annex-
ation of certain streets and highviays described herein
beloyfr, and
r�;.FFLAC notice of said public hearing having, been
duly posted and puhl ished, and the board of review having
been waived in writing as rrovided by law, and
WHEREAS the City Council having found it in the
public interest for strictly municipal rurposes, traffic
control and development of curbs, gutters, sidewalks
and utilities that the following described properties
should be annexed to the City of Edmonds, now, therefore,

scribed oronerty located in Snohomish County, State of

right-of-if,ay of 228th Street extended and
the City of Edmonds' city limits 125 feet
north of the north right-of-way line at 244th
