DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOT11S :
The Edmonds City Code, Section 6.30.030, and
Ordinance No. 1387, is hereby amended to specifically
include electric street lighting to read as follows:
"Section E.30.030 Scope. Subject to the excepted
facilities listed in Section 6.30.040 of this
chapter, this ordinance shall apply to all
electric facilities and to all cormunication
facilities. The term 'facilities' when used
herein includes, but is not limited to, telephone,
telegraph, electric power and street lighting
and cable television wires and/or cables.
