DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOVIS :
The Lcb onds City Code, Section 6.16.060 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"Section 6.16.12.0 Susnension of water use- Procedure.
A. Should it be desired to discontinue the use of
water for a period of nore than thirty (30)
days, notice thereof in writing must be given
to the T?ater Departrent. The water will then
be shut-off and turned on again on written
application without extra charge, but no re-
mission_ of charges will be made without the
notice prescribed in this section_.
B. Should it be desired to discontinue the use of
water for any period of less than thirty (30)
days, upon oral or written request the water
will he shut-off and turned on again at a
charge of $2.00 for each turn -on and each
turn-off."
