AMENDING THE. OFFICIAL ZONING ORDINANCE BY RE-
PEALING SECTION .12.:14..06.0.WHICH SECTION PRE-
SCRIBES AND REGULATES PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTS.

WHEREAS,. the City. Council of the City, of Edmonds,
Washington, pursuant to: Planning Commission Res:o:lution
No. 319: called a public hearing and thereat determined
it.to.be..in the best:intexest.and for the public health,
safety and welfare in the planning of said City to, repeal
the existing planned unit .development ordinance: until
such time as a more comprehensive and procedurally detailed
ordinance might be promulgated and adopted, now, therefore,
THE CITY.COUNCIL'OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON
DO. ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
.The Edmonds City Code, Section 12:.14.060 be and the
same hereby is repealed and no .additional applications shall
be received for planned unit developments subsequent to the
effective date of this -ordinance, provided, however, those
planned unit developments having been applied for prior to.
the effective date of this ordinance :shall be. completed and
regulated: under. the terms. of section 12.14.06.0 as set forth.
therein at the time. of said applications
