AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON
AMENDING SECTION 7.01.010 OF THE EDMONDS CITY
CODE ADOPTING THE 1969 STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS
FOR MUNICIPAL PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION PREPARED
BY THE WASHINGTON STATE CHAPTER OF THE AMERICAN
PUBLIC WORKS ASSOCIATION AS AMENDED BY MODIFIC-
CATIONS OF THE CITY ENGINEER.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
The Edmonds City Code, Section 7.01.010 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"7.01.010 Adoption of standard specifications for
municipal works construction. Those certain printed
compilations, three copies of which have been and are
now on file in the office of the city clerk, for use
and examination of the public, prepared by the
Washington State Chapter of the American Public Works
Association, designated the 1969 Standard Specifi-
cations for Municipal Public Works Construction, as
amended and modified by the City Engineer in those
engineer's drawings dated 12/20/67, DWG. No. 1 through
13, approved by the city engineer, three copies of
which have been and now are on file in the office of
the city clerk, for use and examination of the public,
are hereby adopted by reference and all public works
construction, including, but not limited to streets,
sewers, water distribution systems, and other such
facilities, including structural features, shall con-
form to the compilations."
