Ordinance 1477ORDINANCE NO. Z7 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON CREATING THREE NEW SECTIONS IN THE EDMONDS CITY CODE, 98.04.105, §8.48.155 AND §8.64.065, DEFIN- ING "HIGHWAY", "ROAD", AND "STREET", TO INCLUDE AREAS OPEN TO USE OF THE PUBLIC FOR PURPOSES OF VEHICULAR TRAVEL; PROHIBITING PARKING FOR CER- TAIN TIME PERIODS; AND PROHIBITING THE TIME OF PARKING IN EXCESS OF FOUR HOURS ON THE SUNSET BEACH ACCESS WAY AND SUNSET BEACH PARK. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 8.04.015 Highway, Road and street. The term �� "highway', road", and street for purposes of this chapter are synonomous terms, unless otherwise clearly delineated, meaning the entire width between the boundary lines of every way, lane, road, street, boulevard, parking lot and every way or place in the city whether publicly or privately maintained, when any part thereof is open at any time to the use of the public for the purposes of vehicular travel. Section 8.48.155 Parking time limited on certain streets for certain time periods. When signs are erected on any streets or roads, or portions thereof, giving notice of a limitation of a period of time for parking, no person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle for longer than the designated period of time prescribed, or between the hours designated in such sign or signs, if any, upon any of the roads or streets described in Section 8.64.065. Section 8.64.065 Schedule VI A - Parking time limited for certain periods of time on certain streets.
