AN ORDINANCE. OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.. 1.454,: BEING THE 1970.BUDGET,
TRANSFERRING THE .SUM OF'$7.46.'.76'TO THE POLICE
CAPITAL OUTLAY FUND.

WHEREAS, the City. of Edmonds received from the State
of Washington, Planning and Community. Affairs Agency, the
sum of $746.76 for the purchase of a base .station by the
Police -Department of said City,.and
WHEREAS,.said grant was received in the Current Expense.
Fund and was in excess of estimated revenues for the 1970
fiscal year, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHING.TON
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Ordinance No. 1454, adopting the..1970 budget, be and
the same .is hereby amended by. transferring the sum of
$746.76 received in excess of estimated revenuesby the
transfer of said sum from the: Current Expense Fund to the
Police Capital.Outlay Fund to reimburse.said fund for the
expenditure .for the base station pursuant :to the grant
from the Washington State Planning and Community Affairs
Agency.
