AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
ADDING A NEW SUBSECTION 9 TO SECTION 8.64.060 OF
THE EDMONDS CITY CODE TO IMPOSE A TWO HOUR TIME
LIMITATION ON BOTH SIDES OF JAMES STREET FROM
SECOND AVENUE TO THIRD AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Edmonds
finds that the following amendment is in the best interest
of the public health, safety and general welfare, now,
therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. A new subsection 9 is hereby added to
Section 8.64.060 of the Edmonds City Code to read as follows:
"9. James Street on both sides from Second Avenue
to Third Avenue."
Section 2. The Traffic Engineer is hereby authorized
and instructed to have signs erected notifying the public of
the parking restrictions imposed by this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect five (5) days after passage and publication by
posting as provided by law.
