AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING SECTION 8.64.065(3) TO RESTRICT PARKING
ON BOTH SIDES OF BELL STREET FROM SUNSET AVENUE
TO 5TH AVENUE NORTH TO FOUR HOURS MAXIMUM MONDAY
THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 8:00 A.M. TO 6:00 P.M.
WHEREAS, the Traffic Engineer and the City Council
have determined that it is in the best interests of the public
health, safety and general welfare to restrict parking on
both sides of Bell Street from Sunset Avenue to 5th Avenue
North to four hours maximum Monday through Friday from
8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 8.64.065(3) of the Edmonds City
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"(3) Both sides of Bell Street Monday through Fri -
from Sunset Avenue to 5th day, four hour parking,
Avenue North 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Section 2.. The Traffic Engineer is hereby authorized
and instructed to erect signs notifying the public of the
parking restrictions imposed by this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect five days after passage and publication by posting
as provided by law.
