AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
ADDING A NEW SUBSECTION 8.64.030(17) TO THE
EDMONDS CITY CODE TO PROHIBIT PARKING ON THE EAST
SIDE OF 80TH PLACE WEST FROM 212TH STREET SOUTH-
WEST TO A POINT 750 FEET NORTH.
WHEREAS, the City Council and the Traffic Engineer
have determined that it is in the best interest of the
public health, safety and general welfare to prohibit parking
on 80th Place West on the east side from 212th Street Southwest
to a point 750 feet north, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. A new subsection 8.64.030(17) is
hereby added to the Edmonds City Code to read as follows:
"(17) 80th Place West on the east side from 212th
Street Southwest to a point 750 feet North."
Section 2. The Traffic Engineer is hereby authorized
and instructed to erect signs notifying the public of the
parking restrictions imposed by this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force

and effect five (5) days after passage and publication by
posting as provided by law.
