AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
ADDING A NEW SUBSECTION 8.64.030(18) TO THE
EDMONDS CITY CODE TO PROHIBIT PARKING ON THE
EAST SIDE OF OCEAN AVENUE; AMENDING SECTION
8.64.065(2) OF THE EDMONDS CITY CODE TO PRO-
HIBIT PARKING ON THE WEST SIDE OF SUNSET FROM
BELL TO CASPERS; ADDING A NEW SECTION 8.64.065(6)
TO THE EDMONDS CITY CODE TO RESTRICT PARKING ON
BOTH SIDES OF SUNSET FROM MAIN TO BELL TO FOUR
HOURS AT ANY ONE TIME; AND ADDING A NEW SECTION
8.64.065(7) TO THE EDMONDS CITY CODE TO RESTRICT
PARKING ON THE WEST SIDE OF OCEAN AVENUE TO FOUR
HOURS FROM 8 A.M. TO 10 P.M. AND TO PROHIBIT
PARKING FROM 10 P.M. TO 8 A.M.
WHEREAS, the Traffic Engineer and the City Council have
determined that it is in the best interest of the public health,
safety and general welfare to establish the parking restrictions
as set forth herein, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. A new section 8.64.030(18) is hereby added
to the Edmonds City Code to read as follows:
"18. East Side of Ocean Avenue"
Section 2. Section 8.64.065(2) of the Edmonds City
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
112. West side of Sunset Four hour parking
Avenue from Bell to 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Caspers No parking from
10 p.m. to 8 a.m."
Section 3. A new section 8.64.065(6) is hereby added
to the Edmonds City Code to read as follows:

116. Both sides of Four hours maximum
Sunset Avenue from at any one time
Main Street to Bell
Street"
Section 4. A new section 8.64.065(7) is hereby added
to the Edmonds City Code to read as follows:
117. West side of Ocean Four hour parking
Avenue 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
No parking from
10 p.m. to 8 a.m."
Section 5. The Traffic Engineer is hereby authorized
to.erect suitable signs notifying the public of the public parking
restrictions imposed by Sections 1 through 4 of this Ordinance.
Section 6. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect five (5) days after passage and publication by posting
as provided by law.
