AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON
ADOPTING A NEW SECTION IN THE EDMONDS CITY CODE,,
SECTION 6.40,..011, EXEMPTING CERTAIN NONCOMMERCIAL
USES FROM THE PROVISIONS OF USE PERMITS FOR
PUBLIC PLACES;AS REQUIRED BY CHAPTER 6.40 OF THE
EDMONDS CITY CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 6.40.011 Exemption. Nothing in this
Chapter shall be construed as requiring a permit or appli-
cation for a permit for noncommercial uses in areas zoned
Single Family Residence, Two Family (Duplex), or Multiple
Family Zoning Districts, and not involving buildings or
other structures (excluding fences), PROVIDED, however,
such uses exempted by this Section shall in no way be con-
strued as granting any vested rights of use of any kind
whatsoever, and PROVIDED FURTHER any such use by any person,
group or organization now in effect or hereinafter to be
in effect shall be removed forthwith upon order of the
City of Edmonds.
