ORDINANCE NO. 2108
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING THE 1979 BUDGET BY AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 2042, PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL ON DECEMBER 5,
1978, BY TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF TWO THOUSAND
SIX HUNDRED THIRTY-EIGHT DOLLARS and 26/100ths
($2,638.26) FROM THE SIDEWALK/TRAIL IMPROVEMENT
FUND NO. 322 TO THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND
NO. 325 AND CLOSING THE SIDEWALK/TRAIL IMPROVE-
MENT FUND NO. 322.
WHEREAS, the projects funded by the sidewalk/trail
improvement fund No. 322 were completed in 1977 and whereas
there remains a balance in said fund of $2,638.26, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interest of the City to transfer said sum to the capital
improvement fund No. 325, and to close the sidewalk/trail
improvement fund No. 322, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 2 of Ordinance 2042, passed by
the City Council on December 5, 1978, and the schedule of revenues
and appropriations for each individual fund and the aggregate
totals thereof set forth in Exhibit "A" to said Ordinance and
incorporated by reference therein, is hereby amended to transfer
the sum of $2,638.26.from the sidewalk/trail improvement fund
No. 322 to the capital improvement fund No. 325.
Section 2. The Finance Director is authorized and
directed to make the necessary line item adjustments and
entries to reflect the amendments set forth in Section 1 above.

Section 3. This ordinance having received 5 or more
affirmative votes, shall be in full force and effect five
(5) days after passage and publication by posting as pro-
vided by law.
