AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP
OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, BY ADOPTING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY NEWLY
ANNEXED, TO BE ZONED SINGLE RESIDENTIAL 8000
(RS-8) PURSUANT TO PLANNING COMMISSION
RESOLUTION NO. 375.
WHEREAS, pursuant to public hearing having been called
by the City Council in accordance with Planning Commission Resolu-
tion No. 375, .the subject property legally described below having
been recently annexed, and said City Council having determined
that the recommended zoning would be the most consistent and
advantageous for the development and appropriate use of said
property and for the health, safety, morals and general welfare
of the public, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Official Zoning Map, Edmonds, Wash-
ington, be and the same is hereby amended by applying zoning
classification of the following described property, newly annexed,
to Single Residential 8000 (RS-8), all situatein the City of
Edmonds, County of Snohomish, State of Washington:
Lots 16, 17,.18,19 and 20,,R.C. Munger Addition
No. 3,_according to the plat thereof recorded in
Volume 16 of plats, .page 36, records of Snohomish
County, Washington; and
Tract 11, Block 7, Alderwood Manor No. 9, accord-
ing to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 10 of
plats, page 6, records of Snohomish County, Wash-
ington
EXCEPT the North 420 feet thereof.
Section 2. The City Engineers are hereby directed
to effectuate the necessary amendments to the Official Zoning
Map of the City of Edmonds, Washington, pursuant to this Ordinance.
