ORDINANCE NO. 2549
FOLLOWS:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING SECTION 15.00.020 BY THE ADDITION OF A
NEW SUBPARAGRAPH (C)(10) ESTABLISHING A FEE FOR
SATELLITE TELEVISION ANTENNA INSPECTION AT
THIRTY DOLLARS AND FIXING A TIME WHEN THE SAME
SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS
Section 1. Section 15.00.020 of the Edmonds Community
Development Code (ECDC), subsection (C) Building Division is
hereby amended by the addition of a new subparagraph (10)
relating to satellite television fees to read as follows:
(10) Satellite Television Antenna:
in addition to any fee imposed by section 16.20.030
ECDC and in lieu of the fee imposed by the Uniform
Building Code, a flat fee of $30.00 shall be charged
for inspections of satellite television antenna
installations.
Section 2. This ordinance, being an administrative
action, is not subject to referendum and shall take effect five
(5) days after its publication, or publication of a summary
thereof, in the City's official newspaper.
