AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING CHAPTER 1.08 OF THE EDMONDS CITY CODE
SETTING FORTH THE REGULAR MEETING DATES AND
TIME OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of
Edmonds has held its regular meeting on the third Wednesday
of each and every month, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Edmonds,
in conformance with the open public meetings act of 1971
of the State of Washington, desires to establish additional
public meetings for said Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 385 of the Planning Commission
has recommended that the City Council establish the second
and third Wednesday evenings of each and every month as
public hearings of said Planning Commission, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Edmonds City Code, Section 1.08.070
and Ordinance No. 1280, Section 2, be and the same are
hereby amended to read as follows:
"1.08.070 Regular public meeting dates and time.
The regular meetings of the Planning Commission
of the City of Edmonds shall be held on the second
and third Wednesday evenings of each and every
month throughout the year, at 7:30 p.m. in the
Edmonds Civic Center."
