AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING THE TABLE OF CONDITIONAL USES CONTAINED
IN EDMONDS CITY CODE, SECTION 12.16.070 TO DELETE
CREMATORIES AS A CONDITIONAL USE. WITHIN SAID CITY
AND REVERSING PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION
NO. 377.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Edmonds,
Washington, pursuant to Planning Commission Resolution No. 377
called a public hearing, and having during said hearing
determined it to be in the best interests and the public
health, safety, and welfare to amend the Edmonds Zoning
Ordinance as set forth below, and in reversing Planning
Commission Resolution No. 377, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
The Table of Conditional Uses contained in Edmonds
City Code, Section 12.16.070, is hereby amended as follows:
1. There shall be deleted from the Table of
Conditional Uses the conditional use of crematories
within any zoning classification within the City
of Edmonds.
2. That the Table of Conditional Uses contained
in Edmonds City Code, Section 12.16.070, is amended
to conform with Exhibit A attached hereto and
hereby incorporated in full by this reference.
