ORDINANCE NO. 2560
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS,
WASHINGTON, ESTABLISHING A NEW PAY RANGE
FOR THE POSITION OF COMMUNITY SERVICES
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR, REPEALING INCONSISTENT
PROVISIONS, AND FIXING A TIME WHEN THE
SAME SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The pay range and salary grade for the
Community Services Office Administrator is hereby amended from
Nonexempt 9 to Exempt 2.
Section 2. Any inconsistent provision of any ordinance
is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance, being an exercise of a
power specifically delegated to the City legislative body, is not
subject to referendum, and shall take effect five (5) days after
its publication, or publication of a summary thereof, in the
City's official newspaper.
