ORDINANCE NO. 2157
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASH-
INGTON, VACATING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE
CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DEDICATED FOR
STREET PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 472, the City
Council of the City of Edmonds, Washington, held a public
hearing on August 5, 1980, to consider the proposed vacation
of certain property in the City of Edmonds, Washington,
dedicated for street purposes and located on the east side
of 84th Avenue West, south of 202nd Street S.W., and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the findings of the City's
responsible official, the City Council finds that there will
be no significant adverse environmental impacts, and
WHEREAS, at the conclusion of said public hearing
the City Council found that said property dedicated for
street purposes should be vacated and the City Council does
hereby determine to vacate the same as hereinafter set
forth, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following parcels of property,
previously dedicated for street purposes are hereby vacated.
Said parcels are located in the City of Edmonds, Snohomish
County, Washington, and legally described as west 30 feet of
Lot 7, East Edmonds Acres No. 2, Records of Snohomish County
Washington.

Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to
file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Snohomish
County Auditor.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect five (5) days after passage and publication by
posting as provided by law.
