AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1633 OF SAID CITY AS
AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 1635 OF SAID CITY AS
AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 1641 OF SAID CITY
REVISING THE SALARIES FOR THE CITY EMPLOYEES
AND OFFICERS FOR THE PERIOD OF JULY 1, 1973
TO DECEMBER 31, 1973.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 1633, passed by the city
council on January 9, 1973, as amended by Ordinance No. 1635,
passed by the city council on January 16, 1973, as amended by
Ordinance No. 1641, passed by the city council on February 13,
1973, is hereby amended by the addition of a new section to
Ordinance No. 1633, to read as follows:
Section 4. That, effective July 1, 1973,
all city employees and officers whom are
supervisory as set forth in Section 1 of
Ordinance 1633 and all employees holding
a grade in exempt classification positions
as identified in Section 2 of said
Ordinance No. 1633 and all employees
holding grades of nonexempt classifica-
tion positions as set forth in Section 3
of Ordinance No. 1633 shall receive an
increase in their monthly salaries equal
to 1% of the monthly salary each such
officer or employee was paid as of June
30, 1973. Said salary increase shall be
for the period of July 1, 1973, to
December 31, 1973.
