AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASH-
INGTON, ACCEPTING THE BID OF OLYMPIC BANK
FOR PURCHASE OF INTEREST BEARING WARRANTS
FOR LID 206 AND SETTING THE INTEREST RATE
THEREON.
WHEREAS, the City has authorized the formation of
LID No. 206 for improvement of certain property located within
the City, and
WHEREAS, interest bearing warrants will be issued
for payment of expenses incurred in connection with these
projects, and
WHEREAS, the City has solicited bids for purchase
of these interest bearing warrants, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said bids
and has determined that the bid of Olympic Bank be approved
and that the interest rate on said warrants be set at the
rate of 6.51% per annum, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Edmonds,
Washington, hereby accepts the bid of Olympic Bank for pur-
chase of interest bearing warrants issued by the City for LID
No. 206. Pursuant to the bid of Olympic Bank, the City Council
hereby establishes the interest rate on said warrants at 6.51%
per annum.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect five days after passage and publication by posting
as provided by law.
