AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING SECTION 1.04.010 OF THE EDMONDS CITY
CODE SETTING FORTH THE REGULAR MEETING TIME AND
DATES OF THE CITY COUNCIL.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.04.010 is hereby amended to read as follows:
1.04.010 Regular Public Meeting Times and
Days. Regular meetings of the City Council
shall be held on each Tuesday of every month
throughout the year in the Edmonds Civic
Center at 7:30 p.m.; provided, however, on
the second Tuesday of every month and on the
fifth Tuesday of those months containing
five Tuesdays, throughout the year, the City
Council shall not pass any ordinance, resolu-
tion nor set an officially noted public
hearing. Provided further, in the event
state law requires adoption of an ordinance
or other action on other than the first,
third or fourth Tuesday of any month or on
other than a Tuesday, such as budget hearings,
said dates are hereby declared to be addi-
tional regular meeting dates upon which date -
the action, ordinance, resolution or hearing
may be adopted and/or taken.
