AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING THE TABLE OF CONDITIONAL USES CONTAINED
IN EDMONDS CITY CODE, SECTION 12.16.070 TO PERMIT
HELIPORTS OR HELISTOPS IN RML DISTRICTS PURSUANT
TO PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 418.
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Edmonds, Washington.,
pursuant to Planning Commission Resolution No. 418, called a
public hearing, and having during said hearing determined it to be
in the best interests and the public health, safety and welfare to
amend the Edmonds Zoning Ordinance as set forth below, now,
therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
The Table of Conditional Uses contained in Edmonds City
Code, Section 12.16.070 is hereby amended to add the conditional
use of heliports or helistops to those conditional uses permitted
in all RML zoning classifications within the City of Edmonds and
the Table of Conditional Uses contained in Edmonds City Code,
Section 12.16.070 shall be amended to conform with Exhibit A
attached hereto and hereby incorporated in full by this reference.
