Ordinance 1701ORDINANCE NO. 1701 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON AMENDING SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1691 OF SAID CITY PASSED ON JANUARY 15, 1974, SETTING FORTH A METES AND BOUNDS DESCRIPTION FOR THE REAL PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE CITY BY SAID ORDINANCE NO. 1691. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1691 passed on January 15, 1974, is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 3. The territory proposed by said Petition tome —annexed to said City of Edmonds is situate in the County of Snohomish in the State of Washington, is contiguous, proximate and adjacent to the present corporate limits of said City, and is particularly described as follows: Beginning at the SE corner of NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 36, Township 27 North, Range 3 East, W.M.; thence North 89°47'10" West 30 feet, T.P.B.; thence North 00°20'49" West 429.77 feet; thence North 89046'32" West 340 feet; thence South 00°20'49" East 210.00 feet; thence South 89°46'32" East 100 feet; thence South 00020'49" East to South line NE 1/4 of NW 1/4, Section 36, Township 27 North, Range 3 East, W.M.; thence South 89°47'10" East 240 feet T.P.B., all situate in Snohomish County, Washington.
