AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING SECTION 8.64.080 SCHEDULE VIII OF THE
EDMONDS CITY CODE RESTRICTING THE USE BY COM-
MERCIAL VEHICLES OF OLYMPIC VIEW DRIVE FROM
PUGET DRIVE TO 76TH AVENUE WEST WITHIN SAID CITY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Edmonds, Wash-
ington finds that the public health, safety and welfare will
be served by restricting the use of Olympic View Drive from
Puget Drive to 76th Avenue West by commercial vehicles, now,
therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Edmonds City Code, Section 8.64.080 Schedule
VIII is hereby amended to read as follows:
8.64.080 Schedule VIII Commercial Vehicles
Prohibited from Using Certain Streets. When
signs are erected giving notice thereof, no
person shall operate a commercial vehicle
except as provided under Section 8.56.020, upon
any of the following streets or parts of streets:

Section 2. The Traffic Engineer is hereby directed to
post signs in conformance with the foregoing section.
