AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING
ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY, CODIFIED IN CHAPTER 12.13
OF THE EDMONDS CITY CODE TO DELETE THE REFERENCE
TO STORY OR STORIES IN CERTAIN ZONES, PURSUANT TO
PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 453.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Edmonds,
Washington, pursuant to Planning Commission Resolution
No. 453, called a public hearing, and having during said
hearing determined it to be in the best interests and the
public health, safety and welfare to amend the Edmonds
Zoning Ordinance as set forth below, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 12.13.130 Development and Dimensional
Regulations in RM Districts, Subsection(g)(7), is hereby
amended to read as follows:
12.13.130(g) Table of Bulk and Dimensional
Requirements
(7) Maximum Building 35 feet provided the
Height situations illustrated by
diagrams in Subsection
12.13.130 (g) (8) shall be
prohibited."
Section 2. Section 12.13.170 Bulk and Dimensional Regula
tions in BN Districts, Subsection (e), is hereby amended to
read as follows:
1112.13.170 (e) MAXIMUM BUILDING HEIGHT: No
building in a BN zone shall exceed thirty feet
in height."
Section 3. Section 12.13.210 Bulk and Dimensional Regula-
tions in BC Districts, Subsection (e), is hereby amended to
read as follows:
'112.13.210 (e) MAXIMUM BUILDING HEIGHT: No
building in a BC zone shall exceed a height of
thirty-five feet."
Section 4. Section 12.13.250 Bulk and Dimensional
Regulations in CW Districts,.Subsection (E), is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"12.13.250 (E) MAXIMUM BUILDING HEIGHT: No
building in a CW zone shall exceed a height
of thirty-five feet."
Section 5. Section 12.13.290 Bulk and Dimensional
Regulations in CG Districts, Subsection (E), is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"12.13.290 (E) MAXIMUM BUILDING HEIGHT: No
building in a CG zone shall exceed a height
of thirty-five feet."
Section 6. Section 12.13.350 Bulk and Dimensional
Regulations in IP Districts, Subsection (E), is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"12.13.350 (E) MAXIMUM BUILDING HEIGHT: No
building in an IP zone shall exceed a height
of thirty-five feet."
