AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF EDMONDS,
WASHINGTON, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION
OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
6,000 SQUARE FEET (RS 6000) TO OPEN SPACE ZONED (OS)
PURSUANT TO PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 433.
WHEREAS, pursuant to public hearing having been called by
the City Council in accordance with Planning Commission Resolu-
tion No. 433, and said City Council having determined that the
recommended zoning would be the most consistent and advantageous
for the development and appropriate use of said property, and
for the health, safety, morals and general welfare of the public,
now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Official Zoning Map, Edmonds, Washington,
be and the same is hereby amended by changing the zoning clas-
sification of the following described property from Single
Family Residential, 6,000 square feet (RS 6000) to Open Space
(OS), all situate in the City of Edmonds, County of Snohomish,
State of Washington:
The unplatted portion of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of
the NW 1/4 of Section 25, Township 27 N Range 3 East
Willamette.-: Meridian, being that tract of land in Yost
First Addition to Edmonds lying North of the County
Road.
Section 2. The City Planner is hereby directed to effec-
tuate the necessary amendments to the Official Zoning Map of the
City of Edmonds, Washington, pursuant to this Ordinance.
