AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING SECTION 11.04.170 OF THE EDMONDS CITY
CODE TO ADOPT THE 1975 NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE;
REPEALING SECTION 11.02.061 OF THE EDMONDS CITY
CODE AND REPEALING SECTION 11.12.030 OF THE
EDMONDS CITY CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 11.04.170 of the Edmonds City Code
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"11.04.170 - National Electrical Code, 1975, adopted. That
certain printed code, three copies of which are and have
been.on file in the office of the City Clerk for the use
and examination of the public, being marked, printed
and designated as the National Electrical Code 1975, copy-
righted in 1974 by the National Fire Protection Association,
is hereby adopted by reference and incorporated herein as
if fully set forth in this Chapter.
Section 2. Section 11.02.061 of the Edmonds City Code is
hereby repealed.
Section 3. Section 11.12.030 of the Edmonds City Code is
hereby repealed.
