AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING SECTION 12.10.060(2)(a) TO CHANGE THE PRE-
LIMINARY SUBDIVISION FEE FROM FIVE DOLLARS TO EIGHT
DOLLARS PER LOT
WHEREAS, increasing costs and work load have neces-
sitated a rise in the preliminary subdivision fee in order
to more nearly cover the costs of processing same, now,
therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 12.10.060(2)(a) is hereby amended to read as
follows:
Section 12.10.060(2)(a). Preliminary Subdivision Fee
(five or more lots). A service and administrative fee of
Eight and no/100 Dollars ($8.00) per lot, or 1/20th of one
cent per square foot of lot area included in the proposed
subdivision, whichever is greater, provided, however, that
the minimum fee for such application shall be Fifty and
no/100 Dollars ($50.00) .
