AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING SCHEDULE III OF SECTION 8.64.030 OF THE
EDMONDS CITY CODE BY PROHIBITING PARKING AT ALL
TIMES ON PORTIONS OF 76TH AVENUE WEST FROM 216TH
STREET S.W. TO 224TH STREET S.W. AND 220TH STREET
S.W. FROM P.S.H. NO. 1 (U.S. 99) TO 77TH AVENUE
WEST WITHIN SAID CITY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Edmonds,
Washington has determined that it is in the best interest
of the public health, safety and welfare to regulate the
parking of vehicles at all times on certain portions of
76th Avenue West and 220th Street S.W. within said City,
now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 8.64.030, Schedule III is hereby
supplemented by prohibiting parking at all times, when
signs are erected giving notice thereof, on portions of the
streets within said City as hereinafter set forth:
76th Avenue West on both sides from 216th Street
S.W. to 224th S.W.
220th Street S.W., on both sides, from P.S.H. No. 1
(U.S. 99) to 77th A'7enue West.
Section 2. The Traffic Engineer is hereby authorized
and instructed to have signs erected notifying the public of
the parking restrictions imposed by this Ordinance.
