AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING SECTION 7.01..010 OF THE EDMONDS CITY CODE
AND ADOPTING THE 1975 STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR
MUNICIPAL PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION PREPARED BY THE
WASHINGTON STATE CHAPTER OF THE AMERICAN PUBLIC
WORKS ASSOCIATION AS AMENDED BY MODIFICATIONS OF
THE CITY ENGINEER.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
The Edmonds City Code, Section 7.01.010 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
117.01.010 Adoption of standard specifications for
municipal works construction. Those certain printed
compilations, three copies of which have been and are
now on file in the office of the City Clerk, .for use
and examination of the public, prepared by the Washington
State Chapter of the American Public Works Association,
designated the "1975 Standard Specifications for
Municipal Public Works Construction," as amended and
modified by the City Engineer in those engineer's
drawings dated 12/20/67, Drawing Nos. l through 13,
and Drawing No. 14 dated 4/1/75, approved by the
City Engineer, three copies of which have been and
now are on file in the office of the City Clerk,
for use and examination by the public, are hereby
adopted by reference, and all public works construc-
tion, including but not limited to streets, sewers,
water distribution systems, and other such facilities,
including structural features, shall conform to the
compilations.
