ORDINANCE NO. 2867
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS,
WASHINGTON, AMENDING SECTION 20.105.010(A)(4)
RELATING TO SEPA APPEALS AND FIXING A TIME
WHEN THE SAME SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
WHEREAS, Chapter 20.15A establishes the City's
environmental review (SEPA) requirements, and
WHEREAS, its provisions are inconsistent with the
summary statement contained in Chapter 20.105.010(A)(4) relating to
appealable staff decisions; NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 20.105.010(A)(4) relating to
appealable staff decisions is hereby amended to read as follows:
20.105.010 APPEALABLE DECISION
A. Staff Decisions.
4. Environmental (SEPA) decisions in
accordance with the provisions of
ECDC Chapter 20.15A as the same
exists or is hereafter amended.
Section 2. This ordinance, being an exercise of a
power specifically delegated to the City legislative body, is not
subject to referendum, and shall take effect five (5) days after

passage and publication of the ordinance or a summary thereof
consisting of the title.
