Ordinance 1809ORDINANCE NO. 1809 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, SETTING THE SALARIES FOR THE CITY EMPLOYEES AND OFFICERS EF- FECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1976. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASH- INGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Duration. The salaries and officers of the City of Edmonds shall be as set forth in the following sections com- mencing January 1, 1976 and shall remain in effect until such time as the City Council shall otherwise provide by ordinance. Section 2. Mayor and City Council. The Mayor and City Council members will receive monthly salaries as follows: Mayor, $734. 00; Council Members, $20. 00 per regularly scheduled City Council meeting attended commencing January 1, 1976, provided, however, pur- suant to Ordinance No. 1801 said amount per meeting shall be increas- ed to the sum of $25.00 per regularly scheduled Council meeting attend- ed commencing January 1, 1977. Section 3. Municipal Court Judge. The Municipal Court Judge shall receive a monthly salary of $825.00 which shall include all costs of a Judge Pro Tem. Section 4. Department Heads. Persons presently appoint- ed as department heads shall receive the salary specified below. In the event a department head position becomes vacant for any reason the newly appointed, and where applicable confirmed, the following monthly salary ranges are hereby fixed for that exempt classification as defined and designated in the City of Edmonds' Salary Administra- tion Manual.
