AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING THE OFFICIAL STREET MAP ADOPTED BY
SECTION 12.03.080 OF THE EDMONDS CITY CODE BY
REALIGNING THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF NORTH MEADOWDALE
ROAD FROM 68TH AVENUE WEST TO 75TH PLACE WEST
PURSUANT TO PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO.
513.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Planning Commission Resolution No.
513 the City Council of the City of Edmonds, Washington, called
a public hearing regarding the following proposed public right-
of-way, and
WHEREAS, after due consideration of existing and future
neighborhood and traffic conditions and the general safety,
welfare and health of the public, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Official Street Map adopted by Section
12.03.080 of the Edmonds City Code, as amended, is hereby
further amended by realigning existing and future public
rights -of -way on the street as set forth in Exhibit "A",
a copy of which is attached hereto and hereby incorporated
in full by this reference, and amending Sheet 1, Section 5
and Sheet 3, Section of the Engineer's Drawing No. 1.559
to conform with Exhibit "A".
Section 2. The City Engineer is hereby directed to amend
Reid, Middleton & Associates Drawing No. 1.559, Sheet 1,
Section 5 and Sheet 3, Section 8 of the Official Street Map
of the City of Edmonds to depict the revision of the rights -
of -way on said street map as described in Section 1 hereinabove.
