AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING THE OFFICIAL STREET MAP ADOPTED BY
SECTION 12.03.080 OF THE EDMONDS CITY CODE BY
ADDING TO SAID MAP 79TH PLACE WEST SOUTH OF
218TH S.W. PURSUANT TO PLANNING COMMISSION
RESOLUTION NO. 542.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Planning Commission Resolution No.
542 the City Council of the City of Edmonds, Washington called
a public hearing regarding the establishment of 79th Place West
south of 218th S.W., and
WHEREAS, after due consideration of existing and future
neighborhood and traffic conditions and the general health,
safety and welfare of the public, and after finding that there
will be no significant adverse environmental impacts, now,
therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Official Street Map adopted by Section
12.03.080 of the Edmonds City Code as amended is hereby
further amended by projecting a new proposed right-of-way
79th Place West south of 218th S.W. as set forth in Exhibit
"A" a copy of which is attached hereto and hereby incorporated
in full by this reference and by amending Sheet 13, Section 30
of the Engineer's Drawing 1.559 to conform with Exhibit "A".
Section 2. The City Engineer is hereby directed and
authorized to amend Reid, Middleton & Associates Drawing No.

1.559, Sheet 13, Section 30 of the Official Street Map of
the City of Edmonds to depict the establishment of the
projected right-of-way on said Street Map as directed in
Section 1 hereinabove.
