AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
REPEALING SECTION 12.13.130(a) OF THE EDMONDS CITY
CODE AND AMENDING SECTIONS 12.13.130(g) (1) AND (2)
TO ELIMINATE THE BONUS DENSITY ALLOWANCE IN RML AND
RMH ZONES PURSUANT TO PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION
NO. 562.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Planning Commission Resolution No. 562,
the City Council of the City of Edmonds, Washington, called a
public hearing and during said hearing, having determined it to
be in the best interests of the public health, safety and general
welfare to amend the Edmonds Zoning Ordinance as set forth pur-
suant to Planning Commission Resolution No. 562, and having
determined there will be no significant adverse environmental
impacts, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The text of Section 12.13.130(a) is hereby
repealed and said section 12.13.130(a) shall appear in the
Edmonds City Code as follows:
"12.13.130(a) Reserved. "
Section 2. Sections 12.13.130(g)(1) and (2) of the Edmonds
City Code are hereby amended to read as follows:
"12.13.130(g) Table of Bulk and Dimensional Requirements.
