AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING THE OFFICIAL STREET MAP ADOPTED BY
SECTION 12.03.080 OF THE EDMONDS CITY CODE BY
ADDING A PROPOSED FORTY (40) FOOT RIGHT-OF-WAY
DESIGNATED AS 207th STREET SOUTHWEST, BETWEEN
MAPLEWOOD DRIVE AND 88TH AVENUE WEST, THE
VICINITY OF 206th STREET SOUTHWEST TO MAIN
STREET.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Planning Commission Reso-
lution No. 570, the City Council of the City of Edmonds,
Washington, called a public hearing regarding the addition
of a proposed forty (40) foot right-of-way designated as
207th Street Southwest between Maplewood Drive and 88th
Avenue West, and
WHEREAS, after due consideration of existing and
future neighborhood and traffic conditions, the City Council
finds the proposed amendment to be in the best interest
of the general health, safety and welfare of the public and
further finds in conformance with the Community Development
Department's recommendation that there are no significant
adverse environmental impact all in accordance with Plan-
ning Commission Resolution No. 570, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Official Street reap adopted by
Section 12.03.080 of the Edmonds City Code, as amended,

is further amended by adding a proposed forty (40) foot
right-of-way designated as 207th Street Southwest between
Maplewood Drive and 88th Avenue West, as set forth on
Exhibit "A", a copy of which is attached hereto and in-
corporated in full by this reference, and by amending
sheet 9 section 19 of Engineer's Drawing No. 1.599 to
conform with Exhibit "A".
Section 2. The City Engineer is hereby authorized
and directed to amend Reid, Middleton & Associates Drawing
No. 1.559, Sheet 9, section 19, to depict the revisions
on said street as set forth in section 1 hereinabove.
