AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
REPEALING SECTION 12.13.090 (j) OF THE EDMONDS
CITY CODE TO ELIMINATE THE BONUS DENSITY IN RD
DISTRICTS.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Planning Commission Resolution
No. 572, the City Council of the City of Edmonds, Washington,
called a public hearing and during said hearing having de-
termined it to be in the best interest of the public health,
safety and general welfare to amend the Edmonds Zoning Or-
dinance as set forth below pursuant to Planning Commission
Resolution No. 572, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 12.13.090 (j) is hereby repealed.
