ORDINANCE NO. 2180
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASH-
INGTON, REPEALING SECTION 7.24.010 THROUGH
7.24.040 OF THE EDMONDS CITY CODE DEALING
WITH TRAINS IN STREET CROSSINGS, BARRIERS
IN STREETS AND DEPOSIT OF RUBBISH.
WHEREAS, the following sections of the Edmonds City
Code are duplicative of other sections in the Edmonds City
Code, and, therefore, should be repealed, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 7.24.010 through 7.24.040 of the
Edmonds City Code dealing with trains in street crossings,
barriers in streets and deposit of rubbish are hereby
repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance will be in full force and
effect five (5) days after passage and publication by post-
ing as provided by law.
