ORDINANCE NO. 2201
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASH-
INGTON, SETTING THE SALARIES FOR THE MAYOR,
DEPARTMENT HEADS AND DEPARTMENTAL ASSISTANTS
AND PROVIDING THAT THE PAY INCREASES FOR THE
MAYOR, DEPARTMENT HEADS AND DEPARTMENTAL
ASSISTANTS BE RETROACTIVE TO JANUARY 1, 1981.
WHEREAS, in Ordinance No. 2189 the City Council set
salaries for non-exempt positions, training non-exempt posi-
tions, union personnel and reserves and volunteers, and
WHEREAS, after review and discussion the Council
has determined to set the following salaries for the Mayor
and for department heads and assistants, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor shall receive a monthly
salary of $1,010.00
Section 2. The following department heads, depart-
mental assistants and other exempt classification positions
as defined and designated in the City of Edmonds Salary Ad-
ministration Manual shall receive salaries as set forth in
Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
reference as if set forth in full.
Section 3. The salary increases set forth in
this ordinance shall be applicable to the pay period commencing
January 1, 1981.

Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect five (5) days after passage and publication by
posting as provided by law.
