ORDINANCE NO. 2221
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASH-
INGTON, INCREASING THE SALARIES FOR THE THREE
CITY COUNCIL POSITIONS WHOSE TERM IS DUE TO
COMMENCE IN JANUARY, 1982.
WHEREAS, after discussion and due consideration the
City Council has determined that it will be appropriate to
raise the council salary for the three council positions
subject to election this year, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The salary of the City Council positions
whose terms are due to commence January 1, 1982, or as soon
thereafter as the duly elected holder of that position is
qualified, shall be two hundred and fifty dollars per month.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect five (5) days after passage and publication by
posting as provided by law.
