ORDINANCE NO. 2258
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASH-
INGTON, VACATING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE
CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON DEDICATED FOR
STREET PURPOSES; CITY FILE DESIGNATION
ST-10-81.
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution, the City Council of
the City of Edmonds, Washington, held a public hearing on
December 15, 1981, to consider the proposed vacation of cer-
tain property in the City of Edmonds, Washington, being a
portion of right-of-way located on Spruce Place, and more
particularly described as set forth on Exhibit A attached
hereto and incorporated in full by this reference, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the findings of the City's
responsible official, the City Council finds that there will
be no significant adverse environmental impacts, and
WHEREAS, at the conclusion of said public hearing
the City Council found that said property dedicated for
street purposes should be vacated and the City Council does
hereby determine to vacate the same as hereinafter set forth,
now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following parcels of property, pre-
viously dedicated for street purposes are hereby vacated.
Said parcels are located in the City of Edmonds, Snohomish
County, Washington, and legally described as set forth on
Exhibits A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
reference as if set forth in full.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to
file a certified copy of this ordinance with the Snohomish
County Auditor.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect five (5) days after passage and publication by
posting as provided by law.

All that portion of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter
of Section 25, Township 27 North, Range 3 East W.M., described as
follows: Commencing at a point 60.00 feet east of the northeast
corner of Block 5, Kellogg Plat of Edmonds, according to the plat
thereof recorded in volume 2 of Plats, page 42, records of
Snohomish County, Washington; thence south 37.33 feet to the point
of beginning; thence continuing south 25.00 feet; thence east 222.00
feet; thence north 25.00 feet to an intersection with a curve to
the right at which the radius point bears north 20.00 feet; thence
along the arc of said curve, an arc distance of 31.42 feet to the
terminus of said curve; thence west 20.00 feet to the intersection
with a curve to the right at which the radius point bears west 20.00
feet; thence along the arc of said curve, an arc distance of 31.42
feet to the terminus of said curve; thence west 162.00 feet to the
True Point of Beginning:
TOGETHER WITH an easement for utilities over, across and under a
strip of land 5.00 feet in width northerly of and adjacent to the
north line of the above -described public right-of-way.

correct copies of the attached Ordinance No. 2258, passed by the
City Council on the 19 day of January , 1982 , at the
