ORDINANCE NO. 2329
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASH-
INGTON, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2310, PASSED
BY THE CITY COUNCIL ON JULY 6, 1982, WHICH
AMENDED ORDINANCE NO. 2234, PASSED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL ON SEPTEMBER 14, 1981, ESTAB-
LISHING THE MAYOR'S SALARY AT $1,523.00 PER
MONTH AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE CITY COUNCIL, THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2310, passed
by the City Council on July 6, 1982, which amended Ordinance
2234, passed by the City Council on September 14, 1981, is
hereby amended to establish the Mayor's salary at $1,523.00
per month. This increase shall be effective on and after
January 1, 1983.
Section 2: This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect five (5) days after passage and publication by posting
as provided by law.
